IAEA对擦拭样品整体分析的定义是将整个擦拭样品作为一个整体进行分析,以提供样品的平均组成信息。整体分析主要应用于热室设施擦拭样品的分析,均采用同位素质谱测定擦拭样品中铀钚丰度及同位素稀释质谱法测定铀钚浓度。本研究建立了擦拭样品的前处理及铀钚分离纯化方法,并将多接收电感耦合等离子体质谱应用于擦拭样品铀钚丰度及浓度的测定。分离流程是:将擦拭样品装入石英试管,用微波马弗炉灰化
The IAEA’s overall analysis of swabs is defined as the analysis of the entire swab as a whole to provide the average compositional information for the samples. The overall analysis is mainly applied to the analysis of wiping samples in hot-room facilities. The isotope mass spectrometry was used to determine the abundances of uranium and plutonium in wiped samples and isotope dilution mass spectrometry to determine uranium and plutonium concentrations. In this study, pre-treatment of wipe samples and separation and purification of uranium-plutonium were established. Multiple-absorption ICP-MS was applied to the determination of uranium-plutonium abundance and concentration in wiping samples.
