[目的]探讨不同时间套袋、摘袋处理对苹果梨果实品质的影响。[方法]以7年生苹果梨为试验材料,研究不同时间套袋、摘袋对其果实外观品质和内在品质的影响。[结果]合理的套袋、摘袋时间可显著改善苹果梨果实外观品质,降低果皮叶绿素含量,改善花青苷显色背景,提高果实着色指数,提高果实果皮光洁度,减小果皮厚度、果点大小。[结论]辽宁省阜新地区苹果梨较为合理的套袋时间为盛花后55 d左右,较为合理的摘袋时间为采前13d左右。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the effect of bagging and bag extraction on the fruit quality of apple pear at different time. [Method] With 7-year-old apple pear as test material, the effects of bagging and bagging on the appearance quality and inner quality of its fruit were studied. [Conclusion] The suitable bagging time of apple-pear in Fuxin area of Liaoning Province was about 55 d after full-bloom, and the more reasonable time for taking off the bag was about 13 days before harvesting.
