一、前言DT-1无缆随钻测斜仪是鹤壁市仪表厂近年来研制的新产品。它的研制是在河南省煤炭科学研究所和中国科学院声学研究所共同协助下,经过较长时间努力的结果。1985年通过了部、省级鉴定,到会的专家一致认为该产品是国内首创,解决了国内无缆、随钴测斜的这个难题,为我国钻探行业作出了贡献。此仪器是解决地质、煤炭、冶金、水利、建工、交通等部门深度一般在一千米内的垂直钻孔作业过程中随钻测量顶角,监视钻进、确保成井质量的较先进的装置。目前仪器适合在孔径为φ91mm以上的钻孔中使用。1987年上半年首先在水利勘察部门打深水井钻进中推广使用,取得令人满意的效果。并通过多次改进,使目前的结构更为合理,具有特殊的密封防水、防震措施,简单、坚固、紧凑而耐冲击。
I. Preface DT-1 cableless inclinometer is a new product developed by Hebi Instrument Factory in recent years. Its development is the result of a long period of hard work with the help of the Coal Science Institute of Henan Province and the Acoustics Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 1985 passed the ministerial and provincial appraisal, to the experts agreed that the product is the first domestic, to solve the domestic cable, with the cobalt incline this problem, for our drilling industry has made its contribution. The instrument is to solve geological, coal, metallurgy, water conservancy, construction, transportation and other departments within a depth of 1000 meters vertical drilling operation while measuring the apex angle, monitoring drilling, to ensure the quality of the well into the more advanced device. At present, the instrument is suitable for drilling holes with a diameter of φ91mm or more. In the first half of 1987, it first promoted the use of deep well drilling in the water conservancy investigation department and achieved satisfactory results. And through many improvements, the current structure is more reasonable, with a special seal waterproof, shockproof measures, simple, strong, compact and impact-resistant.
