进行钢丝冷拔加工时,拔丝机罐由于受力集中,局部磨损较快。一个拔丝机罐,使用半个月,就得车削一次。车削几次以后,就得报废。拔丝机罐的制作,一般需要经过铸造、机加工等很多工序,由于工件大,加工繁杂,成本也相当高。因此如何提高拔丝机罐寿命的问题,就显得相当突出。1974年以来,我们开始采用以下两种方法来修复废罐,从而解决了延长拔丝机罐寿命的问题。第一种方法:在拔丝机罐磨损处,用锰钢焊条施焊补平,然后用手砂轮打光。这样修复以后,在两班制生产的情况下,可以多使用半年,使罐的耐磨时间增加了10多倍。第二种方法(图1):在拔丝机罐的易磨损处,车出一圈浅槽,槽深为16毫米,槽高为80毫米。然后用球墨铸铁做成一个圆形外衬套,把此外衬套均分成四块,分别用埋
When the steel wire is cold-drawn, the wire-drawing machine cans are subject to concentrated stress and local wear. A wire drawing machine can be turned once in half a month. After turning a few times, it must be scrapped. The manufacture of the wire drawing machine can usually require a lot of processes such as casting and machining. Due to large workpieces and complicated processing, the cost is also quite high. Therefore, how to improve the life of the wire-drawing machine can become quite prominent. Since 1974, we have started using the following two methods to repair waste cans, which has solved the problem of extending the life of the wire drawing machine cans. The first method is to use a manganese steel welding rod to make up and flatten at the place where the wire drawing machine is worn, and then use the hand wheel to polish it. After such repair, in the case of two-shift production, it can be used for more than six months to increase the wear time of the tank by more than 10 times. The second method (Fig. 1): At the easily worn part of the wire drawing machine tank, a shallow groove is formed in the car, the groove depth is 16 mm, and the groove height is 80 mm. Then use a nodular cast iron to form a circular outer bushing. Separate the other bushings into four pieces and bury them separately.
