森林火灾的危害重大,一旦发生就会造成森林资源的严重破坏,引发林区社会治安混乱和打破生态环境的平衡。从一定意义上讲,不可能完全杜绝森林火灾的发生,但是可以采取积极有效的预防措施减少森林火灾的发生次数,甚至将森林火灾扼杀在初始阶段。基于此,从山区森林火灾的特征出发,分析山区森林防火主要存在的问题,提出山区森林防火的对策建议。
Forest fires have a great harm. Once they happen, they will cause serious damage to forest resources and cause social disorder in public security and break the balance of ecological environment. In a sense, it is impossible to completely eliminate the occurrence of forest fires, but active and effective preventive measures can be taken to reduce the number of forest fires and even strangle forest fires in the initial stage. Based on this, starting from the characteristics of forest fires in mountainous areas, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in forest fire prevention in mountainous areas and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on forest fire prevention in mountainous areas.
