持续创新是企业做强的永恒主题,创新能力的高低是企业强盏与否的重要衡量标准。谈起创新,许多企业家和专家学者大都会立即想到技术创新和产品创新,这也没错。不过,当今企业竞争中最关键的创新已经不可简单地理解为技术和产品的创新,关键的是文化创新、模式创新和方法创新。如果我们在文化理念上没有创新的话,仅讲技术的创新、产品的创新只能是一句空话。模式不创新,再好的核心要素也难以实现他的价值,至少效果不好。方法的创新往往给你带来事半功倍、意想不到的效果。
