目的探讨中学生交通事故与心理反应之间的关系,为该人群的道路交通事故预防和控制提供参考依据。方法采用配对病例对照研究方法,以济南市11所在校学生为目标人群,筛选2005-01-01~2005-12-31期间发生交通事故的所有学生,并以其中116名学生为病例,以性别、年龄匹配且同期未发生事故的同班级学生为对照。收集两组学生基本信息,测定其心理反应指标,并进行统计分析。结果病例平均速度估计时间长于对照,速度估计不合格率高于对照,差异均有统计学意义。病例操纵机能平均总失误次数高于对照,差异有统计学意义。操纵机能合格率以及复杂反应指标两者之间差异无统计学意义。多因素条件Logistic回归分析显示速度估计不合格(低估速度)是交通事故的主要危险因素之一。结论中学生交通事故与心理反应之间存在一定的关联性,速度估计能力差是导致交通事故发生的重要因素。
Objective To explore the relationship between traffic accidents and psychological reactions among secondary school students, and to provide a reference for the prevention and control of road traffic accidents among the population. Methods A matched case-control study was conducted in which 11 students from Jinan were enrolled in this study. All students who had a traffic accident between January 2005 and January 31, 2005 and December 31 were screened out. Among them, 116 students were enrolled in this study, , Age-matched students of the same class who did not have an accident during the same period were compared. Collect the basic information of two groups of students, measure their psychological response indicators and conduct statistical analysis. Results The average speed of case estimation was longer than that of control, and the rate of failure of speed estimation was higher than that of control. The differences were statistically significant. The average number of cases of manipulation error was higher than the control, the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference between the passing rate of the control function and the complex response index. Logistic regression analysis of multivariate conditional logistic regression showed that speed estimation failed (underestimated speed) was one of the major risk factors of traffic accidents. Conclusions There is a certain correlation between traffic accidents and psychological reactions in middle school students. The poor ability of speed estimation is an important factor that causes traffic accidents.
