以银杏无菌苗带芽的茎段、幼叶,成熟胚的子叶、根段,雌、雄株嫩茎、雄花粉等为外植体,研究了它们在不同培养上的器官分化情况。结果表明,无菌幼苗茎段可以诱导出双芽体,雌、雄株的当年生嫩茎可以诱导出双芽体或3芽体,不定芽的发生为直接再生;子叶在MS+NAA1.0mg/L+KT2.0mg/L培养基上诱导出2个不定芽,小苗可长至2.0cm。另外有些子叶在切口基部产生白不定根。30d叶龄的无菌幼苗叶片在MS+NAA1.0mg/L+BA1.0mg/L或MS+NAA1.0mg/L+KT0.5mg/L上,有直接发生不定根现象,最高生根率达40%;雄花粉也有不定根的发生。
