不同银杏外植体器官的分化

以银杏无菌苗带芽的茎段、幼叶,成熟胚的子叶、根段,雌、雄株嫩茎、雄花粉等为外植体,研究了它们在不同培养上的器官分化情况。结果表明,无菌幼苗茎段可以诱导出双芽体,雌、雄株的当年生嫩茎可以诱导出双芽体或3芽体,不定芽的发生为直接再生;子叶在MS+NAA1.0mg/L+KT2.0mg/L培养基上诱导出2个不定芽,小苗可长至2.0cm。另外有些子叶在切口基部产生白不定根。30d叶龄的无菌幼苗叶片在MS+NAA1.0mg/L+BA1.0mg/L或MS+NAA1.0mg/L+KT0.5mg/L上,有直接发生不定根现象,最高生根率达40%;雄花粉也有不定根的发生。 In order to study the differentiation of organs in different culture, stem segments of buds with buds of Ginkgo biloba seedlings, young leaves, cotyledons, root segments of mature embryos, female and male plants, male pollen and so on were used as explants. The results showed that the buds of the sterile seedlings could induce the buds of the double buds, the female buds and the male buds could induce the double buds or the three buds, and the adventitious buds were directly regenerated. In the leaves of 30-day-old sterile seedlings, MS + NAA1.0mg / L + BA1.0mg / L or MS + NAA1.0mg / L + KT0.5mg / L had the phenomenon of adventitious root directly, the highest rooting rate reached 40% Male pollen also has adventitious roots.
