[目的]筛选出用于防治二斑叶螨的有效药剂,合理评价联苯肼酯的防效。[方法]采用玻片浸渍法测定联苯肼酯及其他杀螨剂对二斑叶螨的毒力及田间防效效果。[结果]联苯肼酯对二斑叶螨各发育阶段均有效,对卵的LC50值为221.2430 mg/L,对若螨24、48、72 h的LC50值分别为10.9277、5.1514、3.3894 mg/L,对成螨24、48、72 h的LC50值分别为10.3891、10.0516、3.8818 mg/L。其余5种药剂中杀螨活性最高的是阿维菌素,对成螨24、48、72 h的LC50值分别为3.1143、2.2590、2.0586 mg/L,其次是甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐,敏感性最低的是噻螨酮。田间试验结果表明:43%联苯肼酯SC对二斑叶螨具有很好的防治效果,药后2、7、14 d的防效分别达99.71%、100%、96.66%,明显高于其他5种药剂的防效。[结论]研究表明联苯肼酯对二斑叶螨具有非常好的防效,而阿维菌素、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、哒螨灵、炔螨特和噻螨酮的推荐剂量已不能很好的控制该螨危害。
[Objective] The research aimed to screen effective agents for the control of Tetranychus urticae and to rationally evaluate the control effect of Bifizinafine. [Method] The toxicity of diphenylhydrazidate and other acaricides to Tetranychus urticae and the field effect were determined by glass slide dipping method. [Result] Biphenylhydrazide was effective for all developmental stages of Tetranychus urticae, with LC50 of 221.2430 mg / L for eggs and LC50 values of 10.9277,5.1514 and 3.3894 mg / L. The LC50 values of adult mites at 24, 48 and 72 h were 10.3891,10.0516 and 3.8818 mg / L, respectively. The other five kinds of agents in the highest acaricidal activity is abamectin, adult mites 24,48,72 h LC50 values were 3.1143,2.2590,2.0586 mg / L, followed by emamectin benzoate Salt, the lowest sensitivity is hesperidin. The results of field trials showed that 43% Bifizinafil SC had good control effect on Tetranychus urticae, and the control effect was 99.71%, 100% and 96.66% at 2, 7 and 14 d after treatment, which was significantly higher than other 5 kinds of pharmaceutical control effect. [Conclusion] The results showed that bifenazate had a very good control effect against two-spotted spider mites, while the abamectin, emamectin benzoate, pyridaben, propargite and hemicarb The recommended dose has not been able to control the harm of the mite.
