作为房地产工作中的关键性部分,房地产估价对促进房地产健康发展以及和谐发展具有非常重要的作用。市场经济日渐发展使得估价工作人员积极参与到房地产估价工作中,对房地产价格进行合理估计,为房地产估价判断以及推测提供保障。本文对市场经济条件下的房地产估价存在的问题作了分析,提出了市场经济条件下的房地产估价对策,为提升房地产估价有效性打下良好的基础。
As a key part of real estate work, real estate valuation plays an important role in promoting the healthy development and harmonious development of real estate. The growing market economy makes the valuation staff actively involved in the real estate appraisal work, a reasonable estimate of the real estate prices for the real estate valuation judgments and speculation to provide protection. This article analyzes the problems existing in real estate appraisal under the condition of market economy and puts forward the real estate appraisal countermeasures in the condition of market economy, which lays a good foundation for enhancing the appraisement of real estate.
