本文讨论了硼氧化钠加入量、石英管内原子化温度和毛细管阻尼器等重要实验参数对于硒测量灵敏度的影响.当硼氢化钠加入量较大时,所得的信号存在双峰,而且其峰高降低了很多.由于硒化氢的原子化是在负压下完成的,它将比常压或载气压力下更有利于氢化物的原子化,因而使硒化氢原子化的最佳温度降低.毛细管的长度对硒测量灵敏度影响不大,但其内径的影响较为明显.
In this paper, the effects of the addition of sodium borohydride, the atomization temperature in quartz tube and the capillary tube damper on the sensitivity of selenium measurement are discussed. When sodium borohydride is added in larger amounts, the resulting signal has bimodal peaks and its peak height is much lower. Since the hydrogenation of hydrogen selenide is done under negative pressure, it will be more conducive to the atomization of the hydride than under normal pressure or carrier gas pressure, thus lowering the optimum temperature for atomic hydrogenation of hydrogen selenide. The length of the capillary has little effect on the sensitivity of selenium measurement, but its inner diameter is more obvious.
