本文重新分析了金屬切削中的直角切削过程,在理論分析中引入了“能量比”(即:应力和比能的比值。如:τ_8/S;-σ_8/S)的概念,并通过这两个无因次参量来說明Ernst和Merchant、Lee和Shaffer、Hill的理論,这不但醒目而且易于图示。就金屬切削过程的分析中适当地引入无量网参量的方法而言,是值得注意的。文章讨论了上述的几种理論,并用图解加以对比。此外,必須指出,虽然有人怀疑最小能量假设是否能用于金屬切削过程的非盝叵抵?并批評了Merchant的理論。但作者認为也没有理由說明它不能用于该过程,事实上經过适当的修正,Ernst和Merchant的理論仍为有效。
In this paper, the concept of “energy ratio” (ie, the ratio of stress to specific energy, such as τ_8 / S; -σ_8 / S) is introduced again in the analysis of the metal cutting. A dimensionless argument to illustrate the theory of Ernst and Merchant, Lee and Shaffer, Hill, is not only eye catching and easy to chart. It is noteworthy that the proper introduction of infinite network parameters in the analysis of the metal cutting process is of note. The article discusses several theories above and compares them graphically. In addition, it must be pointed out that although one wonders whether the minimum energy assumption can be used in the metal cutting process and criticizes Merchant’s theory. However, the author considers that there is no reason why it can not be used in the process. In fact, Ernst and Merchant’s theory is still valid with the appropriate amendments.
