低阻力冷风系统是对高温库(即一般所说的0℃库:如果库、菜库、蛋库等)制冷技术的一项大的改进.它提高了制冷效能,减少了能源消耗,节约了冷库运转维持费用.它的主要特点是:1.冷风系统的全压在30mm水柱以下.2.轴流式通风机的吸入口装有集风器.3.降低了轴流式通风机的速度(包括风速和转速,即加大了它的机号)和噪音.4.轴流式通风机之出口用渐扩管与风道相连.5.采用低阻力风口(如百叶式风口,条缝形风口等).低阻力冷风系统,主要用于采用落地式空气冷却器及使用风道的冷库制冷系统中.而对于不用风道但用空气冷却器的冷库,也有参考意义.具体改法如下:
