作者从学生中挑选15名不吸烟健康男青年(20~25岁),分成A、B、C三组,每组5人,按随机次序呼吸过滤空气或含0.6ppmNO_2的过滤空气2小时。接触NO_2至少间隔一周,在接触NO_2 2小时过程中,每组在45%最大需氧容量下进行运动试验。A组运动15分钟,B组30分钟,C组在0~15、30~45、60~75、90~105分时各运动15分钟,总计60分钟。每次接触试验前后30分钟进行临床胸部检查、肺功能试验和症状询问。测定指标有:代谢、心输出量、血压、心率、呼吸气体中CO_2和O_2、静脉血中CO、肺扩散容量(D_(Lco))、最大肺活量(FVC)、1秒钟最大呼气量(FEV_(1.0))、深吸气量(IC)、补呼气
The authors selected 15 non-smoking healthy male youths (20-25 years old) from the students and divided them into three groups A, B and C, each with 5 persons. Breathing filtered air or filtered air containing 0.6ppm of NO 2 in random order for 2 hours. Exposure to NO 2 was carried out at least one week apart. During the 2-hour exposure to NO 2, each group was tested for exercise at a maximum aerobic capacity of 45%.
