病历摘要 患者,女,55岁。1987年7月4日无明显诱因出现左上腹隐痛,阵发性加重伴恶心呕吐,以“腹痛待查”于7月9日入永定路医院。查体未见阳性体征。化验:白细胞数1.4×10~9/L,中性粒细胞0.75,淋巴细胞0.25,尿蛋白+++,尿红细胞10～15/HP。B超检查:胆囊结石,脾大。入院后病情变化不大,7月11日进食后左上腹痛加剧,胃肠减压后缓解。12日上午四肢
Patient summary, female, 55 years old.
