对百合品种“西伯利亚”(Siberia)进行了基质栽培试验,通过测量和分析5个基质处理的植株株高、茎粗、叶面积、单叶鲜质量、单位面积叶片鲜质量(FWA)、总叶片数、叶片脱落率、茎根生长情况、生物量、花径、切花率、开花所需天数、瓶插寿命等一系列指标,计算出关键指标的隶属函数值,累计平均后得到各个处理的综合评价指数.其中T1(泥炭∶珍珠岩=3∶1)和对照CK(园土∶腐殖土=3∶1)上生长的“Siberia”百合植株发育不良;T2(泥炭∶河沙∶珍珠岩=4∶3∶3)、T3(泥炭∶河沙∶珍珠岩=7∶1∶2)、T4(椰糠∶河沙∶松鳞∶珍珠岩=3∶3∶2∶2)基质上“Siberia”植株的综合评价指数较高,以T4(椰糠∶河沙∶松鳞∶珍珠岩=3∶3∶2∶2)的评价指数最高.从而可以得出:“Siberia”切花生产中可以使用T2,T3,T4这3种基质配方,其中以基质T4作为“Siberia”的栽培基质效果最佳.
