工银金融作为在美国证券交易委员会和美国金融业监管局注册的证券经纪商(Broker Dealer),自2010年成立以来,在又好又快推进自身发展的同时,亦密切关注美国证券行业发展,特别是中资经纪券商在美金融生态,以便更好地把握同业发展脉络,保持和扩大在纽约中资银行中证券清算和融资业务的领先优势;同时,亦积极思考如何充分发挥工银集团内外联动综合优势,提升工行对中资券商客户金融服务的国际化水平。
Since its establishment in 2010, ICBC Finance, a securities broker registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Financial Services Authority, has made sound and rapid progress in its own development.
