绝大多数企业没有核心技术、加工贸易比重超过80%……著名邮电专家、中国工程院前副院长朱高峰院士指出，对于我国信息产业出现的“空心化”现象，必须给予高度关注。中国的信息电子产品制造业近年来得到快速发展。2003年销售额已超过18000亿元人民币，居世界第三位。近几年来每年以20%-30%的速度增长，在外贸中的比重越来越大，2003年已占外贸出口额的近三分之一。

Academician Zhu Gaofeng, a famous post and telecommunications expert and former vice president of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, pointed out that great attention must be paid to the phenomenon of “hollowing out” in China’s information industry. China’s information electronics manufacturing industry has been rapidly developing in recent years. 2003 sales have more than 1.8 trillion yuan, ranking third in the world. In recent years, the annual growth rate of 20% -30%, increasing the proportion of foreign trade in 2003 accounted for nearly one-third of exports.
