目的探讨一站式杂交技术治疗Stanford A型主动脉夹层的手术护理配合要点。方法回顾性总结本院心血管外科实施8例一站式杂交技术治疗Stanford A型主动脉夹层的手术过程和护理配合,并进行学习总结和交流探讨。结果 8例Stanford A型主动脉夹层患者通过一站式杂交技术,施行去分支化+主动脉腔内修复手术并顺利完成,通过中度低温停循环的方法降低患者脑组织的损伤,无感染和其他重要脏器并发症的发生。结论熟练掌握一站式杂交手术间各类仪器的使用操作规范,严格遵循无菌操作原则,密切关注手术进程,精准快速的传递器械,可有效缩短血管阻断时间;中度低温停循环降低灌注时间,可有效保护患者多脏器组织,降低手术风险,保证手术顺利完成。
Objective To investigate the main points of surgical nursing combined with Stanford type A aortic dissection by one-stop hybridization. Methods A retrospective review of our hospital cardiovascular surgery implementation of 8 cases of one-stop hybridization treatment of Stanford A-type aortic dissection of the surgical process and nursing cooperation, and to learn the summary and exchange of discussion. Results Eight patients with Stanford type A aortic dissection were treated with one-staged hybridization and were successfully treated with endodontic and aortic endovascular repair. The mild hypothermic circulatory arrest was used to reduce brain injury, Other important organ complications occurred. Conclusions Proficiency in the use of one-stop operation of various types of instruments between the operation specifications, strictly follow the principle of aseptic technique, pay close attention to the progress of surgery, accurate and rapid delivery of equipment, can effectively shorten the time of vascular occlusion; moderate hypothermic circulatory arrest to reduce perfusion Time, can effectively protect patients with multiple organ tissue, reduce surgical risk and ensure the successful operation.
