目的 观察人体吸人不同浓度氧及辅以能量合剂后心肌酶谱的变化。方法 选健康青年男性24名,用双盲法分为吸纯氧组、吸纯氧加服三磷酸腺苷及维生素C组和吸空气组。在低压舱内上升至5000m,停留30min,抽血,测定天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH),取3次平均数统计。结果 试验后吸纯氧组CK、LDH、α-HBDH较试验前明显升高(P<0.01),且高于其他两组。其余两组试验后仅CK升高(P<0.05)。结论 吸纯氧组及吸空气组的细胞膜通透性均增高,服能量合剂可起保护作用。
Objective To observe the change of myocardial enzymes of human body after inhaling different concentrations of oxygen and supplemented with energy mixture. Methods Twenty-four healthy young men were selected and divided into three groups: pure oxygen group, pure oxygen group, adenosine triphosphate group, vitamin C group and inhalation air group. The blood samples were collected and stored in a low-pressure cabin for 5 minutes and then for 30 minutes. Blood samples were collected for determination of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), creatine kinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) HBDH), take 3 average statistics. Results After the test, the levels of CK, LDH and α-HBDH in pure oxygen group were significantly increased (P <0.01) and higher than those in the other two groups. The remaining two groups after the test only elevated CK (P <0.05). Conclusions The membrane permeability of inhaled pure oxygen group and inhaled air group were both higher than that of the control group. The energy and energy mixture can play a protective role.
