在20世纪70年代,国家做出把工作重点转移到经济建设上来的重大决策。由于经济建设和对外开放急需大量的初中级技术人才和熟练劳动者,社会对职业教育产生了强烈的需求,使得中、高等职业教育取得了极快的发展。
In the 1970s, the state made major decisions that shifted the focus of its work to economic construction. Due to the urgent need of a large number of middle-level technical personnel and skilled workers for economic construction and opening up to the outside world, the society has had a strong demand for vocational education, which has brought about a very rapid development of secondary and higher vocational education.
