在当代的城市化建设中,农民工始终发挥着不可替代的作用。同时也成为了众多行业中不可缺少的一部分。但随着城市化建设的不断发展,新时代农民工的问题越加凸显。“新生代农民工”主要指80后、90后的这代人,他们从出生上学之后就进入城市打工,对于农业、农村等并不熟悉,同时又极度渴望,融入城市的群体中。但又缺乏适当的工作技能,因此急需一种新生代农民工的职业教育培养模式来加以引导。
In the contemporary urbanization, migrant workers have always played an irreplaceable role. It has also become an indispensable part of many industries. However, with the continuous development of urbanization, the problems of migrant workers in the new era have become more prominent. The “new generation of migrant workers,” mainly refers to the generation after generation 90 and the generation after 90, who came to cities for work after they were born to school and were not familiar with agriculture and rural areas. They also extremely yearned for integration with urban groups. However, due to the lack of suitable work skills, it is urgent to guide the vocational education and training mode of a new generation of migrant workers.
