近些年来,有色金属矿产资源在中国经济社会发展中发挥的基础功能日益突出,越来越多的企业和个人将投资目标放准在了有色金属业,但是色金属矿产资源投资具有高风险的特性。在近些年来我国有色金属价格低迷的背景下,为了达到更优经济效益的目的,文章依据项目投资和项目管理学理论对有色金属矿产资源的项目进行了价值等方面的评估。以求通过科学的手段,使得评估更为准确,为投资人的决策提供参考价值。
In recent years, the non-ferrous metal mineral resources play an increasingly prominent role in the economic and social development in China. More and more enterprises and individuals are placing their investment targets in the non-ferrous metals industry. However, the investment in non-ferrous metal mineral resources is highly risky characteristic. In the background of the non-ferrous metal price downturn in recent years, in order to achieve better economic efficiency, the article evaluates the value of non-ferrous metal mineral resources projects based on the theory of project investment and project management.
