本文介绍了民主德国铁路和冷却自动装置工厂把12KVD21AL-4型柴油机强化改造为12KVD21AL-5型柴油机的经验和结果:柴油机功率从900kW提高到1100kW,提高了机车的装车功率和作业能力,同时又保证了高的运用可靠性;本文还介绍了柴油机主要部件的结构改进情况。该柴油机已通过了UIC100小时试验,并规定用于114型和119型内燃机车上。
This article describes the experience and results of the retrofitting of a 12KVD21AL-4 diesel engine into a 12KVD21AL-5 diesel engine at the German Democratic Republic’s railway and cooling plant: the power of the diesel engine is increased from 900kW to 1100kW, which increases the loading power and working capacity of the locomotive, But also ensure the high reliability of use. This paper also introduces the structural improvement of the main components of diesel engine. The diesel engine has passed the UIC100 hour test and is specified for Type 114 and 119 diesel locomotives.
