1 乡镇派驻所设置的理论依据 (1)卫生部卫办发[1996]第6号文件指出“近年来,各地根据城乡基层对卫生监督工作的实际需要,采取有计划、按需要在城市街道或农村乡镇设立公共卫生派驻所派出卫生监督员的形式,取得了很好的效果,希望各地认真总结经验,逐步建立并完善我国的公共卫生监督执法网络。”从以上文中可见:乡镇公共卫生派驻所设立,己经在一些地方得以尝试,其形式亦受到卫生部的重视和认可。
