目的:探究分析口腔矫正器对错颌畸形患者口腔微生态环境的影响。方法:本次临床研究分析选择2014年6月~2015年6月期间,本院口腔科收治的40例使用口腔矫正器进行治疗的错颌畸形患者为观察对象,对比这40例患者在治疗前、治疗后1个月、治疗后3个月、治疗后6个月口腔微生态环境变化情况。结果:患者在使用口腔矫正器进行治疗后,口腔内变形链球菌、乳酸杆菌的检出率明显高于未使用口腔矫正器前,前后对比具有显著差异(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:错颌畸形患者在使用口腔矫正器接受矫正治疗后,口腔内微生态环境会遭到破坏,失去平衡性,影响患者的牙齿、牙周健康,需在治疗中加以重视和干预。
Objective: To investigate the effects of oral appliances on oral microenvironment in malocclusion patients. Methods: This clinical study selected 40 patients with oral malformation treated for orthopedic deformity in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 as the observation subjects, and compared these 40 patients before treatment , 1 month after treatment, 3 months after treatment, and 6 months after treatment. Results: The detection rate of Streptococcus mutans and Lactobacilli in oral cavity was significantly higher than that before oral orthodontic treatment in patients with orthodontics (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant . Conclusion: After the orthodontic treatment, the microenvironment of oral cavity will be damaged and unbalanced, affecting the patients’ teeth and periodontal health. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention and intervention in the treatment.
