目的建立粮食制品中铅的微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定方法。方法用微波消解,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定。结果共进行5批测定,铅的浓度在0~80.0μg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,r>0.999;最低检出限<2.0μg/L;相对标准偏差<5.0%;回收率90.0%~105.0%;标准物质茶树叶(GBW 08513)测定结果符合要求。结论该方法能够满足粮食制品中铅的分析要求。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of lead in food by microwave digestion - graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods Microwave digestion, graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results A total of 5 batches of determination were performed. The linearity of lead concentration was in the range of 0 ~ 80.0 μg / L, r> 0.999. The detection limit was <2.0 μg / L. The relative standard deviation was less than 5.0%. The recovery was 90.0% ~ 105.0%; standard material tea leaves (GBW 08513) determination of the results to meet the requirements. Conclusion This method can meet the analytical requirements of lead in food products.
