选施肥量、施肥次数、矮壮素用量和喷洒次数、密度和浇头水时间等6个栽培因子按D-最优二次回归设计进行田间试验,所得数据经电子计算机模拟,得出使棉纤维含糖量在微量级(2.2级)以下的栽培组合方案是:在土壤肥力为中等偏上的地块,地膜棉标肥用量为1365kg/hm~2(其磷肥于播前一次施入,氮肥分三次施入);矮壮素用量为225g/hm~2,喷洒3次,栽培密度为1hm~2 15×10~4株;头水于6月20日浇。6个栽培因子对降低棉纤维含糖量的作用顺序是:施肥次数>施标肥量>浇头水时间>矮壮素喷洒次数>栽培密度>矮壮素用量。
