随着能源在世界经济格局中扮演的角色愈加重要,能源合作已经成为促进金砖国家加强成员之间实质性合作的突破口。本文通过分析金砖各国的能源消费现状,据此对其能源合作的可行性进行研究,并得出金砖国家应该从政府和企业两方面入手,建立实质性能源合作组织,加强能源企业走出去策略的交流与合作。
As energy plays an even more important role in the global economic landscape, energy cooperation has become a breakthrough to promote the BRIC countries to strengthen substantive cooperation among their members. By analyzing the present situation of energy consumption in BRIC countries, this paper studies the feasibility of its energy cooperation and concludes that BRIC countries should start from the government and enterprises, establish substantive energy cooperation organizations, and strengthen the energy enterprises to go global Strategic exchange and cooperation.
