猪体囊尾蚴感染,在江苏各地都有零星散发,但主要集中于徐州、淮阴市一带,据江苏省食品公司1975—1978年统计,徐州市猪的囊尾蚴感染占全省感染数一半左右,至于猪的旋毛虫感染,徐州地区也有发现,为此,我们于1993年11月对徐州地区猪体囊尾蚴和旋毛虫感染情况进行了调查.内容和方法1 在徐州市肉联厂、邳州市肉联厂、徐州市畜牧兽医站、江苏省畜牧局兽医科等单位查阅历年宰猪卫生检验资料.2 对徐州市肉联厂1979—1993年剖检的、记录较完整的143头猪囊尾蚴寄生部位资料进行分析.3 在徐州市肉联厂和邳州市肉联厂,共抽查227头猪的肌肉和内脏,并同时采集滤纸血,用微量全血快速SPA-ELISA检测抗体.
