我院对106例脑梗塞患者用颈动脉注射和静脉滴注尿激酶溶栓治疗,进行对比观察。现报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 病例选择:106例患者均经临床及CT检查确诊为脑梗塞。化验血小板、出凝血时间均正常。1.2 病例分组情况:全部病例均按照事前设计
106 cases of cerebral infarction in our hospital with carotid artery injections and intravenous infusion of urokinase thrombolysis were compared. The report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 Case Selection: 106 patients were clinically and CT examination confirmed cerebral infarction. Test platelets, clotting time are normal. 1.2 Case grouping: all cases are in accordance with the prior design
