福建省住房城乡建设厅近日批准发布废弃混凝土拌合物回收利用技术规程,自11月30日起执行。规程明确规定,预拌混凝土企业应配备废弃混凝土拌合物回收利用的设备设施,回收利用应在厂区内进行。同时,应建立废弃混凝土拌合物回收利用预案和管理制度。规程还特别明确,回收后用于混凝土工程的废弃混凝土拌合物,在调整工作性能时严禁加水,在坍落度损失较大时可通过掺入适量减水剂来调整其工作性能,减水剂掺量应经试验确定。
