新生儿低血糖症57例临床分析

新生儿期低血糖症在临床上比较常见,国内文献报道新生儿低血糖发病率为1‰～5‰,长期以来低血糖的定义一直未完全统一。过去定为低血糖症的标准是:足月儿出生3d内血糖<1.7mmol/L,3d后<2.2mmol/L;小于胎龄儿和早产儿生后3d内<1.1mmol/L,3d后<2.2mmol/L。鉴于血糖水平<1.7mmol/L可引起脑损害,目前有趋势统一将全血血糖<2.2mmol/L诊断为新生儿低血糖
