2004年11月13日下午,在青岛市第二十一届海钓暨友好城市邀请赛的闭幕式上,当大会总裁判长宣布市中心医院女队获得女子团体冠军时,场上立即响起经久不息的掌声。接着,总裁判长又宣布该队的王琴、李燕、张兴华分别获得女子个人赛第一、第二、第三名时,台下又是掌声四起。一支成立还不足一年的女队,竟能成为本次赛会的一大亮点。我带着敬佩之情邀来了市中心医院工会主席张兴华,请她谈谈女子钓鱼队“宝葫芦里的秘密”:
