去年11月26日,国有资产监督管理委员会在江苏仪征召开了中央企业效能监察工作研讨会,会上国资委党委委员、纪委书记黄丹华做了重要讲话,就进一步提高对效能监察工作重要性和必要性的认识,如何加强和改进中央企业的效能监察工作等进行了深入精辟的阐述。现摘要刊发她的讲话,以利企业效能监察工作的深入开展。
