观察滴眼及结膜下注射秋水仙碱对兔眼滤过手术后伤口纤维母细胞增殖的抑制作用,发现秋水仙碱有抑制滤过切口纤维增生的能力,结膜下给药效果更好,副作用少。
Observed eye drops and subconjunctival injection of colchicine on the rabbit eye after filtration wound healing of fibroblast proliferation and found that colchicine have the ability to inhibit filtration incision fibrosis, subconjunctival administration better, less side effects .
