超重与肥胖影响着人们的健康,对肥胖评价的方法繁多,为探究哪种方法能更好地反映体重的真实情况,更好地指导学生对自身体重的认识,随机抽取152名女大学生,分别用身高标准体重法、身体质量指数法、多频率生物电阻抗法、WHR(腰臀比)法来判断研究对象的胖瘦特征。结果发现:身高标准体重法对低体重的判别标准过宽,不能反映实际情况,并且标准过于繁杂;BMI法能反映外观肥胖度,但不能反映体脂含量;WHR法能在一定程度上反映脂肪分布情况与外观肥胖度,又测量方法简便,易于学生自己操作;生物电阻抗体脂百分比法能很好地反映身体的脂肪堆积情况,但由于仪器昂贵不能普及,建议用作科学研究。
Overweight and obesity affect people’s health, there are many ways to evaluate obesity. To explore which method can better reflect the true condition of body weight and better guide students to recognize their body weight, 152 female university students are randomly selected Body weight index method, body mass index method, multi-frequency bioelectrical impedance method, WHR (waist-to-hip ratio) method were used to judge the fat and thin characters of the study subjects. The results showed that the criterion of height and weight was too broad for low weight, which did not reflect the actual situation and the standard was too complicated. The BMI method could reflect the appearance of obesity but did not reflect the body fat content. The WHR method could reflect the fat to a certain extent Distribution and appearance of obesity, but also measurement method is simple and easy for students to operate their own; bioelectrical antibody fat percentage method can well reflect the body fat accumulation, but due to the expensive instruments can not be universal, it is recommended for scientific research.
