近来不少读者来信询问秦俑二号坑的友掘情况,现刊登记者孟西安访秦俑博物馆馆长袁仲一先生的实录,详细回答了这方面的有关问题。 袁仲一,61岁,五十年代就读于上海华东师范大学历史系,后为中国古代史研究生,1963年毕业后分配到陕西省考古研究所工作至今。1974年春,临潼农民在打井时,偶然发现了秦陵兵马俑一号坑;同年7月15日,他率领考古工作者,开始对秦俑一号坑进行考古发掘;1976年5月6日,又与考古工作者一起,勘测发现了秦俑二号坑和三号坑,并进行了试掘。20年来,他先后出版了《秦始皇陵兵马俑研究》、《秦代陶文》、《秦文字类编》、《秦始皇陵兵马 俑一号坑发掘报告》、《秦始皇陵二号铜车马》等10多部专著和图录,发表各种论文100多篇。他现任秦始皇陵兵马俑博物馆馆长、陕西省考古研究所副所长、秦俑考古队队长。1992年被授予有突出贡献的专家荣誉称号,被推选为八届全国人大代表。
Recently, quite a few readers have written to inquire about the status quo of the excavations on the No.2 pit of the Qin Warriors and Horses. Recently, the reporter Meng Xi’an paid a visit to Yuan Yuan-yi, curator of the Museum of Terracotta Warriors and Horses, and answered questions in detail in this regard. Yuan Zhongyi, aged 61, studied in the Department of History of Shanghai East China Normal University in the 1950s and then a graduate student of ancient Chinese history. Since graduating in 1963, he has been assigned to the Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Archeology so far. The spring of 1974, Lintong farmers digging wells, accidental discovery of the Qinling Terracotta Warriors pit; July 15 the same year, he led the archaeologists, began to Qin Terra Pit No. 1 for archaeological excavations; May 6, 1976, Together with the archaeologists, the survey found No.2 pit and No.3 pit of the Terracotta Warriors and Horses and conducted a trial excavation. Over the past 20 years, he has successively published over 10 books on the study of the Terracotta Warriors and Horses of the Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum, the “Tao Wen” in the Qin Dynasty, the “Qin Wen Zi” series, the Excavation Report of the Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses of the Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum, Ministry monographs and catalogs, published a variety of papers more than 100 articles. He is curator of the Terracotta Army Museum at Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum, deputy director of the Shaanxi Institute of Archeology, and captain of the Terracotta Warriors and Archeology. In 1992 was awarded the honorary title of outstanding contributions to experts, was elected to the Eighth NPC.
