中华人民共和国主席和朝鲜民主主义人民共和国最高人民会议常任委员会,基于进一步巩固并发展两国之间经济关系的共同愿望,并考虑到在经济关系方面进行合作的重大意义,决定缔结本条约。为此,各派全权代表如下:中华人民共和国主席特派中华人民共和国国务院副总理李先念;朝鲜民主主义人民共和国最高人民会议常任委员会特派朝鲜民主主义人民共和国内阁副首相李周渊。双方全权代表互相校阅全权证书,认为妥善后,议定下列各条:
The President of the People’s Republic of China and the Standing Committee of the Supreme People’s Assembly of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea decided to conclude the Treaty on the basis of the common desire to further consolidate and develop the economic relations between the two countries and to take into consideration the great significance of cooperation in economic relations. To this end, the plenipotentiaries of the various factions are as follows: President of the People’s Republic of China dispatched Li Xiannian, vice premier of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China; and Li Zhaoyuan, deputy prime minister of the cabinet of the DPRK, dispatched to the Standing Committee of the Supreme People’s Assembly of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea. The plenipotentiaries of the two parties review each other’s credentials and, if considered appropriate, agree on the following:
