目的:研究三种八角干皮部位挥发油的化学成分,比较三者间的异同。方法:采用溶剂萃取法分别提取短柱八角、红花八角和文山八角的干皮部位挥发油成分,并运用GC-MS法对所得挥发油进行分离鉴定,面积归一化法比较各组分的相对百分含量。结果:短柱八角、红花八角、文山八角干皮挥发油的平均含量(n=3)分别为4.975%、0.166%、1.161%;分别检出86、84、85个色谱峰,其中可定性成分分别为38、28、27个,分别占挥发油总量的73.69%、66.58%、74.75%,δ-杜松醇(δ-cadinol)为三者共有成分。结论:短柱八角、红花八角、文山八角干皮所含的挥发油在组分和含量上存在较大的差异。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of volatile oil in three types of star anise dry skin, and to compare the similarities and differences among the three. Methods: The essential oil components of dry skin of star anise, star anise and star anise were extracted by solvent extraction. The volatile oil was isolated and identified by GC-MS. The relative area of each component was compared by area normalization Sub-content. Results: The average contents of volatile oil in star anise, star anise and star aniseed were 4.975%, 0.166% and 1.161%, respectively. 86,84 and 85 peaks were detected respectively, of which the qualitative components Accounting for 73.69%, 66.58% and 74.75% of the total volatile oil, respectively. Δ-cadinol was the common component among the three components. Conclusion: There are great differences in the components and contents of volatile oil contained in the short column, the safflower star anise and the Wenshan star aniseed.
