对准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术及原位角膜磨镶术病人手术前后的视觉对比敏感度及激光干涉视力进行测定。结果表明两组病人手术前后的视觉对比敏感度及激光干涉视力均无显著性差异。在手术中，准分子激光切削时的冲击力及负压吸引，对视网膜的功能无显著性影响
Alignment of molecular laser refractive corneal keratomileusis and in situ keratomileusis surgery patients before and after the visual contrast sensitivity and laser interference vision were measured. The results show that the two groups of patients before and after the visual contrast sensitivity and laser interference vision no significant difference.
