自1993年下半年以来,我们积极探索未决赔款管理的有效途径,改善未决赔款管理的工作程序,提高了理赔工作质量,使理赔工作向规范化和科学化跨进一步.一、提高认识,积极探索,向未决赔款管理要效益我们在全面审视前几年企业管理工作中,有一点突出的感觉,就是未决赔款管理混乱,因而导致理赔和企业的管理不善,成为高速低效的主要症结之一.抓好理赔工作中的各个环节,尤其是加强对未决赔款的管理,从而提高保险经济效益,已是迫在眉睫,势在必行.
