斯诺的“两种文化”提出至今已有50余年。将议题置于特定语境之中,可能是深化讨论的一条途径。技术路线图和行动者网络这两个研究领域,以及各自相应的研究者,大致对应于技术哲学中的科学文化和人文文化。研究技术路线图和行动者网络的关系,在理论上,一方面有助于为技术哲学研究提供新的视角,并且开拓技术创新方法的视野,另一方面为两种文化的讨论提供新的场域;在实践上,有助于在企业、产业和国家层面推进技术进步和技术创新。
Snow’s “Two Cultures” have been put forward for more than 50 years. Placing topics in specific contexts may be one way of deepening the discussion. The two research areas, the technology roadmap and the activist network, and their respective researchers, roughly correspond to the scientific, cultural and cultural aspects of technological philosophy. Studying the relationship between the technology roadmap and the network of actors, in theory, helps to provide a new perspective for the study of philosophy of technology and opens up a horizons of technological innovation methods, and on the other hand provides a new field for discussion of both cultures In practice, it helps to promote technological progress and technological innovation at the enterprise, industry and national levels.
