目的了解云南省放射工作人员接受外照射的剂量水平,为辐射防护提供依据。方法采用热释光剂量方法,2010-2012年对云南省放射工作人员个人剂量进行监测,并对结果进行统计和分析。结果 3年共监测8613人次,人均年有效剂量为0.35 mSv,99.42%的放射工作人员人均年有效剂量小于5 mSv。不同工种中,介入放射学人员人均年有效剂量最高,为0.98 mSv。结论云南省大部分放射工作人员的个人剂量水平较低,相应的工作场所是安全的,介入放射学人员是今后防护和监测的重点。
Objective To understand the radiation dose received by radiation workers in Yunnan Province and provide the basis for radiation protection. Methods Using the method of thermoluminescence dose, the personal dose of radiation workers in Yunnan Province was monitored from 2010 to 2012, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 8613 people were monitored during the past three years. The annual average effective dose per person was 0.35 mSv. The annual per capita effective dose of 99.42% of radiation workers was less than 5 mSv. Among different types of work, the per capita effective dose of interventional radiology personnel is the highest, 0.98 mSv. Conclusion Most radiation workers in Yunnan Province have low personal dose levels and corresponding workplace safety. Interventional Radiographers are the focus of future protection and monitoring.
