汉奸,中国近代以前的词典中似无这个词。这恐怕与中国古代无外敌入侵有关。到了近代,由于外敌入侵,于是从此出现了汉奸。甚是愈演愈烈,自从中国社会成了殖民地、半殖民地,于是演成了汉奸群。 “汉奸”此词,究竟何时最早出现,笔者也迎合一下时下烦引经考据、讲求短平快效应,不再去钻古纸堆。不过,汉奸的实质似乎是“奸”。“奸”在中国,原指品质不好的人。到了近代,从民族学、国家学上,前加一个“汉”,于是就出现了投靠外国或外国侵略者、出卖国家民族利益的叛徒的“汉奸”。
