我們教研組上學期有四位教員講課,都是新開課的。政治理論水平低,教學經驗不足,是共同的特點。由於我們依靠集體,發揮了教研組的力量,因而保證了教學任務的完成。一學期的工作,使我們體會到在教學過程中,除編好講稿以外,對於初講課的教員在已有講稿的基礎上充分做好備課工作,是提高教學質量的重要關鍵。我們的備課工作的全部過程,大體分三步來進行: 第一步,通過個人備課,研究教學內容及教學方法。 (一)在研究教學內容方面:首先按講稿次序,逐節逐段看一遍,掌握講
