目的:对卵巢巧克力囊肿剥除术后的256例患者进行临床调查,验证术后是否复发。方法:对卵巢巧克力囊肿剥除术后的256例患者随访1年。结果:256例患者随访1年,均未见复发,其中不孕的88例患者中妊娠72例,妊娠率达82.0%。结论:卵巢巧克力囊肿剥除术是较好的治疗方法。
Objective: To investigate the clinical investigation of 256 cases of ovarian chocolate cyst excision to verify the recurrence after operation. Methods: One hundred and eighty-six patients with ovarian chocolate cyst excision were followed up for one year. Results: One hundred and sixty-eight patients were followed up for one year. No recurrence occurred in 88 patients, of whom 72 were pregnant and the pregnancy rate was 82.0%. Conclusion: Ovarian cyst stripping is a better treatment.
