采用放射配体结合法检测42例类风湿性关节炎患者外周血白细胞雄激素受体（AR）和雌激素受体（ER）水平；同时用放射免疫分析检测其血浆中的睾酮（T）和雌二醇（E2）。类风关患者性激素无明显改变，而外周血白细胞ER明显升高及AR明显降低。提示性激素受体改变与类风关发病学有一定关系。
Radioligand binding assay was used to detect the level of androgen receptor (AR) and estrogen receptor (ER) in peripheral blood leukocytes of 42 patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Meanwhile, the level of testosterone (T) in plasma was detected by radioimmunoassay Estradiol (E2). Hormone-like patients with no change in sex hormones, and peripheral blood leukocyte ER was significantly higher and AR was significantly lower. Prompt changes in sex hormone receptors and wind-related studies have a certain relationship.
