在多细胞有机体中,细胞依赖相互间的信息交流调节它们的生长、分化和凋亡。癌变相关的信号途径可调节干细胞和肿瘤的增殖。干细胞的connexin(CX缝隙连接蛋白)/gap junction intercellu lar commun ication(G JIC缝隙连接细胞间通讯)的表达异常,可改变其生物学特性。细胞间通讯和细胞信号转导相互影响,可调节干细胞的增殖与分化。
In multicellular organisms, cells rely on mutual information exchange to regulate their growth, differentiation and apoptosis. Cancer-related signaling pathways regulate the proliferation of stem cells and tumors. Aberrant expression of stem cell connexin (connexin CX) / gap junction intercellular lar communication can alter its biological properties. Intercellular communication and cell signal transduction affect each other, can regulate stem cell proliferation and differentiation.
