本文报道服用长效心得安制剂(LA)后的心得安血浓度以及运动试验对心率和血压的作用。这种LA是一硬明胶胶囊剂,内置有球状颗粒盐酸心得安160毫克,每个颗粒表面包有一层半透膜。体外崩解试验,显示90％药量的释出时间超过12小时。
This article reports the concentration of propranolol after taking long-acting propranolol (LA) and the effects of exercise testing on heart rate and blood pressure. The LA is a hard gelatin capsule containing 160 mg of spherical particles of hydrochloric acid and a semipermeable membrane on the surface of each particle. The in vitro disintegration test showed that 90% of the dose was released for more than 12 hours.
